The New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation (NHHEAF) is committed to ensuring that New Hampshire student loan Borrowers understand the necessity of being responsible with their finances. NHHEAF is also dedicated to providing Borrowers with financial literacy education and has partnered with Consumer Credit Counseling Service of NH/VT to create the Campaign for Financial Literacy to provide financial education for college students.

"Borrowing for a Brighter Future" examines the attitudes of student loan Borrowers towards borrowing money, their methods of financing their education and to gauge the effectiveness of default prevention education provided by the guarantor and by the college.
